I have owned my 5.11 Tactical Rush 12 Backpack for over two years now.  I purchased mine before Woodlore stocked them, but I liked and trusted 5.11 gear so it seemed a sensible choice to go for a 5.11 rucksack.  The Tactical Rush 12 seemed to be just what I was looking for – a discreet, smart, functional and good-sized day sack.

I have used my backpack every day in all weathers for work since purchasing it and I cannot fault it.  It is everything I had expected and more. Being a Chartered Accountant, I love to be organised and this backpack is great at helping with this.  It has just the right amount of compartments and pockets, and these all seem to be the right size too.  The design of this backpack has been really well thought out.

The 5.11 Rush 12 Backpack

Within the compartments, your belongings stay exactly where you put them, and although there is a laptop sleeve within the main compartment, I find the reinforced pocket on the back panel great for housing an iPad.  The main compartment is a good size for carrying spare clothing, A4 documentation, a camera and of course lunch!

The quality of the materials and zips used on this backpack are fantastic.  The rugged nylon material manages to keep the weather out and so importantly keeps all items inside very well protected.  The zips are a pleasure to use and never let me down.

The 5.11 Tactical Rush 12 Backpack is a comfortable and great looking backpack and does not look out of place around town or in the field.  I definitely intend to use mine for many more years as it is quite simply perfect for the job!
