Christmas Posting Dates:

Our final posting day this year will be Wednesday 21st December. However, in order to ensure your parcel has the best chance to arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order ahead of the dates below as recommended by our couriers:

As an extra helping hand, all UK orders over £50.00 (not including postage costs) being dispatched on Tuesday 20th December and Wednesday 21st December will be dispatched via a next working day delivery service. That’s an upgraded service at no extra cost to you.

Customers in the UK:

Please place your order by 2pm on Wednesday 21st December.

International Customers:

Please be aware the above dates do NOT guarantee delivery before Christmas and are a guideline ONLY. The following factors are outside of Woodlore’s control and should be taken into consideration when ordering; increased postal network traffic, customs checks, unsuccessful delivery attempts and postal strikes. All dates above are subject to change based on the latest information provided to us by our couriers.

Office Opening Hours:

The Woodlore office will close for the Christmas period at midday on Friday 23rd December. We will reopen for business at 9:00 am on Wednesday 4th January. Orders can still be placed online during this period, but please note that they will not be dispatched until the office reopens in January.
